Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for contacting, prospecting, and generating leads to secure new customers for our Sales Team. You will utilize a variety of tools and methods to present our company's products and services, build comprehensive knowledge, and engage with new prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and our Sr. Business Development Manager
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- You are a self-starter with heaps of initiative and a natural born communicator
- Active listening and clear communication are essential skills in our business
- Endlessly curious and enjoy the thrill of the hunt for new customers and new problems to solve
