Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships with food manufacturers and growing our market share in Ontario and Central US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at food manufacturers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to provide expert advice to clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data in our CRM system
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education and a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build trust with internal stakeholders
  • Passion for results-driven sales and business growth
