We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Meridian Hotel.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to our hotel operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.
- Manage budgets and expenditures, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Supervise and train other team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate records.
- Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and develop recruitment strategies, attracting top talent to our team.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Perform data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless hotel operations.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
