Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information.

  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, Social Media, Desktop publishing software, MS Office.
