Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at DreamLiner Road Rescue Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.

Communication and Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Administrative Tasks

Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date files.

Office Maintenance

Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized and equipped to meet the needs of the team.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
