Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Clearford. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in fostering positive employee relations and ensuring the smooth operation of our water management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and address employee issues or inquiries, and escalate urgent matters to management.
  • Post job openings on company website, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain candidate database for current and future openings.
  • Conduct initial phone screening and pre-interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and applicable training.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts promptly and confidentially.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace issues such as misconduct or policy violations.
  • Escalate instances of serious misconduct and policy violations.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Completed, or working toward CHRP designation.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business use.
  • Experience using HRM software (knowledge of ADP Workforce Now considered a strong asset).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
