Econo Lodge is currently seeking an experienced and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Description:

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate must have the ability to multitask, work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, and Word
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability, accountability, and dependability are essential
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we cover relocation costs for the successful candidate.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $52,000 per annum, based on national averages.
