About the Role

VIP Development Limited is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration and Coordination: The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Management: The role involves carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, co-ordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in administration or a related field is an asset, particularly in office coordination and management.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is an asset.
