Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HP BEAUTY. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
- Supervise and train office staff
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Prepare and review reports
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Coordinate and plan for office services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic security clearance
Work Environment:
Our office is a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
