Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Calgary Software Developers. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and process documents, reports, and other materials
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Communication
    • Respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Office Maintenance
    • Order and maintain office supplies
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
    • Prepare and process invoices and bank deposits
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
