- Handle incoming calls and relay messages accurately.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.
- Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Fast-paced setting requiring the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Repetitive tasks may be involved.
- Strong organizational skills are essential.
- Reliability and dependability are key traits.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is required.
