Position Overview

The role of an Administrative Assistant involves providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of office activities.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and facilitate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Provide training and guidance to new staff members.
  • Manage scheduling and confirm appointments effectively.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages accurately.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.

  • Fast-paced setting requiring the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Repetitive tasks may be involved.
