Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Optical Sales Associate to join our team at Antoine Laoun Optician. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a personalized shopping experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-quality service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect eyewear, taking into account their personal style, preferences, and budget.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our customers have a pleasant and safe shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our optometrists and other team members to provide a seamless and comprehensive eye care experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service
