Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our Go-To-Market team at Assent Compliance Inc. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic support to our GTM teams, including Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, providing guidance on people and business matters to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth, including talent management, team member relations, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders to enhance their organizational structure, roles, and career paths.
  • Make recommendations on HR matters that enhance team and business success, based on market trends, industry best practices, and business knowledge.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 8+ years as a Business Partner supporting Senior Executive and/or C-level leaders.
  • Experience working with commission plans is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree/Post Secondary Education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience identifying and building strategic cross-functional partnerships across all levels of the business.
  • Passion for high-quality service to the business and delivering exceptional support.
