We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise to join our dynamic team at National R&D Inc. in Canada. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in our rapidly growing SR&ED practice.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement projects
  • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Define tasks and required resources
  • Collect and manage project team
  • Allocate project resources
  • Create a project schedule and timeline using Canopy CRM
  • Schedule in-person, video, or phone meetings with clients and the company
  • Act as a principal point of contact for clients, CRA auditors, and internal consultants while directing their requests appropriately

Collections:

  • Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date records for client accounts
  • Notifying debtors of overdue payments and accounts
  • Professional handling of customer inquiries

Additional Duties:

  • Travel to client sites to liaise with technical and engineering staff
  • Prepare and review R&D Tax technical documentation
  • Coordinate and prepare audit packages
Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Project Management or related discipline

Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience in Project Management

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English verbal, written, and documentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
