Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our logistics operations, including managing office services, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records.
This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Co-ordinate and plan for logistics operations, including travel arrangements and record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
