Fire Safety Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Operations Manager to join our team at Fire Safety and Protection, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of fire safety services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Testing and Inspection: Conduct regular testing, inspection, verification, and servicing of fire alarm systems and devices to ensure they function correctly and comply with safety standards.
- Site Inspection: Inspect installation sites and review work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to determine material requirements and installation procedures.
- Customer Demonstrations: Demonstrate systems for customers, explaining details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms, and providing training on system usage.
- System Maintenance: Test and repair circuits and sensors, following wiring and system specifications to maintain optimal system performance.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local and national security standards and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Customer Service: Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including inspections, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- CFAA License: Must hold a valid CFAA (Canadian Fire Alarm Association) license.
- Technical Skills: Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to maintain a customer-oriented approach and deliver exceptional service. Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements. Overnight travel may be required.
