Job Title: Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team at Fire Safety and Protection, LLC. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of fire alarm and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular testing and inspection of fire alarm systems and devices to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including inspections, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • CFAA License: Must hold a valid CFAA license.
  • Experience: Prior experience with monitoring systems, emergency lighting systems, and security systems is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Siemens and/or Mircom ESD systems is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
