Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Montana's BBQ and Bar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost and maintain profits
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service and high-quality food
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure profitability
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and manage budgets and financial data
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
