Carmel Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees, youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous people, or visible minorities.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
