Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Manager to join our team at Restaurant Evangeline Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our restaurant's vision
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to operate at peak levels
- Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive excellent service
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen management role
- Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and staff
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
