About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Mobilinq Wireless Accessories & Repairs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Work closely with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to our field teams, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts, ensuring maximum revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Organize and direct regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, organized, team player, time management, and flexibility.
