Key Responsibilities
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs for efficient ordering and inventory management.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Prepare complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to strict quality and presentation standards.
  • Cater to customers with dietary requirements by preparing suitable dishes.
  • Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Order essential supplies and equipment to support kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory.
