Key Responsibilities- Determine food portion sizes and costs for efficient ordering and inventory management.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Prepare complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to strict quality and presentation standards.
- Cater to customers with dietary requirements by preparing suitable dishes.
- Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Order essential supplies and equipment to support kitchen operations.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory.
