Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Culinary Lead to join our team at Kerala Food Court Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, estimating food requirements for successful realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure quality standards
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven expertise in South Indian cuisine
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience
