Food Preparation Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at beBee Professionals in Cambridge. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting our cooks in delivering high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in food preparation, including washing and chopping vegetables, and other ingredients as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes and sanitizing work areas.
- Help store food supplies and maintain kitchen inventory, ensuring that all ingredients are properly labeled and stored.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy kitchen environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude, able to work effectively with our cooks and other kitchen staff.
