Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at Dare Foods Limited. This role will involve working closely with internal and external clients to gather and document business and functional requirements, with a focus on IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit clear business requirements with a focus on IT solutions and evaluate scope considering desired outcomes.
  • Active management of scope and requirement updates to balance changing business needs with delivery solutions.
  • Understand IT business processes and create process map/flow diagrams to visualize IT workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare IT business requirements documents, workflows, training, and other documentation related to IT systems, as required.
  • Perform IT data analysis and modeling to support business decision-making and identify opportunities for IT process improvement.
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of IT test plans and test cases.
  • Conduct regular communication with stakeholders to present deliverables, provide status updates, resolve issues, and review updated plan.
  • Liaise with vendors and business stakeholders to ensure deliverable meets their requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for IT processes and system improvement.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent years of experience).
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of business analysis experience in SAP technology projects.
  • Background in CPG, Distribution, Supply Chain, or Retail industry is preferred.
  • Certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required (Word, SharePoint & PowerPoint, Visio is an asset).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our Total Rewards package includes comprehensive health and wellness benefits, retirement programs, paid time off, career development opportunities, reward, and recognition programs.
