Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for growing our Small Package business within the small business customer segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with small businesses to expand our market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support growth and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Value Proposition Development: Create and present compelling value proposals to potential and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Business Development Experience: Prior experience in business development, specifically in the B2B segment.
  • Revenue Growth: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth using various prospecting techniques.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Confident and effective communication and presentation skills to effectively assess customer needs and present solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using Salesforce and MS Office, preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent, preferred.
