We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for growing our Small Package business within the small business customer segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share in the small business segment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support growth and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Value Proposition Development: Create and present compelling value proposals to potential and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Business Development Experience: Prior experience in business development, specifically in the B2B segment.
- Revenue Growth: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth using various prospecting techniques.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Confident and effective communication and presentation skills to effectively assess customer needs and present solutions.
- Technical Skills: Experience using Salesforce and MS Office, preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent, preferred.
