Hotel Manager Job Description at Super 8 Motels
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Manager to join our team at Super 8 Motels. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations
* Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
* Create and execute marketing plans to attract and retain guests
* Implement marketing activities to promote our hotel and services
* Enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
* Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service
* Develop and implement business plans to drive hotel growth and success
* Establish and manage work schedules for hotel staff
**Requirements**
* Education: College/CEGEP
* Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 40 hours per week
