Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that our hotel has everything it needs to operate smoothly
Experience:

We are looking for someone with at least 7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. You should have a strong understanding of hotel operations and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
