- Prepare Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that the hotel is operating within budget.
- Prepare Marketing Plans: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract and retain guests, increasing revenue and occupancy rates.
- Implement Marketing Activities: Plan and execute marketing activities, such as promotions and events, to drive sales and revenue.
- Enforce Policies and Procedures: Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to hotel policies and procedures, taking disciplinary action when necessary.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide assistance to guests with special needs, ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Develop and Implement Business Plans: Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue and growth, including strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for all hotel staff, ensuring that the hotel is adequately staffed at all times.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role
- Permanent position
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
