Job Title: Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide first-level CRM and platform troubleshooting, coordinating with the technical team as needed
  • Prioritize and respond to customer emails promptly, maintaining clear and organized records
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to enhance efficiency and support smooth operations
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call centre customer service role
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail, especially in data and communications
  • Basic technical troubleshooting (CRM experience a plus)
  • Problem-solving abilities and team collaboration
  • Must reside in Ontario
