What We're Looking For

We need a talented individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing ongoing support and recommending cost-saving solutions to optimize their fleet productivity. As a Client Success Specialist, you'll work closely with internal teams to develop account strategies that meet our customers' needs and goals.

A Day in the Life

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop account strategies that meet customer needs and goals.
  • Execute day-to-day requests and activities, complex or routine, in accordance with client policies, procedures, and priorities.
  • Use discretion and independent judgment to advise clients and work with them to recognize needs and recommend solutions.
  • Take ownership of client issues and apply critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Conduct customer data analysis and reporting.
  • Leverage subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environment.
  • Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
