Job Title: Clinical Support Assistant

Bridlewood Health Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview patients to obtain case histories and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Complete insurance and other claim forms, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system, ensuring easy access to patient records
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a seamless work environment
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines, promoting efficiency and productivity
  • Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, preparing spreadsheets and documents for review
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols
  • Supervise 1 to 2 team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Confidential security clearance
