We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Servus Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively gather and document member information to support financial planning and advice.
- Review and analyze member accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Process transactions, open new accounts, and provide loan application support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services to effectively recommend and promote them to members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in retail banking or sales.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
