About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a quality customer experience through efficient execution of all customer transactions, including cash handling and sales.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and responding to customer needs, and providing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of financial services and sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
