Centralized Warranty Coordinator

Role Summary
Pattison Agriculture is seeking a skilled Centralized Warranty Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for warranty processing, consultation, and training for our locations in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims and letters from John Deere and Shortline manufacturers
- Provide consultation and training to service and parts departments on warranty matters
- Assist with customer and internal repair order processing
- Work with locations to maximize warranty claims
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets and follow up on claims
- Collaborate with the Corporate Warranty Administrator to monitor Product Improvement Programs
- Regularly communicate with management on warranty status
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in service department operations
- Understanding of service software and warranty systems
- Experience with computer operating systems, including Service Delivery, Equip, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- General understanding of mechanical terms
- Ability to read, write, and speak effectively with customers and employees
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices
