Receivables Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receivables Administrator to join our team at Broadstreet Properties Ltd. in Campbell River, BC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage accounts receivable for all current tenants across western and central Canada.
  • Work within our software system to ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation and transactions.
  • Solve discrepancies from current tenant charges and payments.
  • Prepare and process monthly rent, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Process Non-Sufficient Funds (NSFs) and Notices to Vacate.
  • Review banking from sites and resolve any issues.
  • Review credit balances, refunds, and adjust/correct as necessary.
  • Process rent adjustments and tenant rent increases/renewals.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite and data entering.
  • Experience in an accounts receivable role is an asset.
  • Effective attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication.
