Key Responsibilities

Supervise bingo operations, financial management and staff. Verify cash floats and distribution of floats to staff. Calculate prize and maintain record of payouts in accordance with policies and procedures. Work in conjunction with the caller to ensure awareness of all payouts, promotions and announcements. Ensure all equipment is operational prior to and during event as well as possible minor equipment maintenance. Maintain knowledge of promotions and specials. Ensure team is knowledgeable in products and promotions.

Remain calm under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks. Are keen on the details and like to balance people interaction with daily paperwork. Benefit from working flexible hours, evenings and weekends. Two years of supervisory work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One year of bingo experience. Serving It Right Certificate (BC) completed prior to start date. Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 15 pounds. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge with computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet navigation.
