To succeed in this role, you will need to have 2+ years of related experience in Training Coordination, thorough subject knowledge of learning activities being developed/delivered, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills, and working knowledge of PCs in the current company operating system environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage critical skills matrix for all direct employees quarterly.
  • Develop and manage critical skills matrix for all indirect employees annually.
  • Develop and track metrics on critical skills gained and lost through recruitment and attrition monthly.
  • Identify training gaps in operations and support functions and relay to respective leaders.
  • Work with BU leadership to create online and instructor-led courses.
  • Develop and implement evaluation, validation, or cost-benefit analysis of training and set training performance goals.
  • Maintain a training inventory, schedule courses, manuals, training aids, and documentation.
  • Maintain On-The-Job Training (OJT) trainer to trainee tracking and refresher training for trainers.
  • Coordinate with production managers on OJT Trainer Evaluation of trainees.
  • Schedule training in coordination with BU Management and Chief Inspector.
  • Update LMS and qualification database for BU's employees.
  • Support senior leadership succession planning.
