About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Associate to join our team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a Client Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our Investment Advisors and teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate records.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service and support.
  • Critical Thinking: Analyze complex information and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, making informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple priorities and tasks, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring seamless execution of administrative processes.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a valid Registered Representative (RR) license and a working knowledge of various listing instruments.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and French is required to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the financial services and brokerage industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
