Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Excellence: Uphold compliance standards while managing client interactions and documentation. Engage in various administrative tasks that support the Investment Advisor and their team.
- Client Asset Management: Assist in redirecting client assets to suitable financial products, aligning with their risk tolerance and demographic profile as assessed by the Investment Advisor.
- Legal Documentation Review: Analyze complex legal agreements pertaining to cash management products, facilitating the introduction of new offerings and modifications to existing services.
- Issue Resolution: Address gaps in signing authority documents, escalate unresolved matters, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure swift resolutions.
- Team Collaboration: Enhance team productivity by identifying business opportunities and aiding in the effective allocation of assets to appropriate financial products.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess a valid Registered Representative (RR) license in good standing, having completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH). Your strong analytical skills will support informed decision-making, and fluency in both French and English will enable you to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
