Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team at ComForCare. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of business development principles and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, referral sources, and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure optimal reimbursement and revenue growth.
  • Manage marketing operations, including market assessment, market research, and market analysis.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Agency's markets, key referral sources, and position in the market related to competitors.
  • Participate in strategic planning activities to identify opportunities to improve services and better meet customer needs.
  • Prepare reports of marketing activities and effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Previous experience in healthcare management or marketing, preferably in home health care.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation.
