Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships with referral sources.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our home health care services.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Negotiate contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers to ensure optimal reimbursement rates.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and restrictions in the home health care industry.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the home health care sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
