Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction
  • Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential risks
  • Oversee data analysis and reporting to inform project decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Basic security clearance
  • Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) clearance Certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Work Environment:

Premium Construction offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth and development. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

35 hours per week.
