Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Premium Construction. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, planning and organizing daily operations, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and budgeting
  • Monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in construction project coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic security clearance and valid driver's license
