Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

Michael Page International Canada Limited is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join their team in Ottawa. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting project managers on various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage project administrative tasks, including project documentation, communication, and reporting.
  • Assist project managers in ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and company policies.
  • Support project teams in meeting project timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day activities for the project management team, including project coordination and administration.
  • Utilize project management software to complete all project administration tasks.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree (Civil/Construction/Architectural) or technical college diploma in Construction Management or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of construction experience, preferably in ICI and light industrial/retail type projects.
  • On-site project coordination experience is an asset.
