Support Specialist Job Description

At beBee Professionals, we are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via various communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Document customer interactions and provide feedback to management
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and make recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with customer onboarding and training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices
