Job Description:

The Classroom IT Support Assistant is responsible for providing technical assistance with various classroom technologies. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • College Diploma in a related technology field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Effective analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, including ability to provide detailed information and answer questions in a clear and concise professional manner.
  • Ability to deal calmly, courteously, and effectively with others.
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, wired and wireless network connectivity, computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
