Head of People Engagement

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Employee Experience to join our team at StackAdapt. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for driving a communications and engagement strategy that maintains and improves team member engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Communications Strategy: Collaborate with various leaders and members of the Marketing and People teams to plan and improve company-wide team member communications, including asynchronous communication, handbook education, company calls, and other internal communications.
- Advise People Leadership Team: Offer guidance in developing key messages and strategic approaches to internal communications, including newsletters, company-wide announcements, and executive communications.
- Own Internal Editorial Calendar: Be the chief storyteller, responsible for creating engaging content for our company newsletter, manager communication, executive videos, and other communications channels.
- Organize Culture Champions Program: Ensure we have a trusted group of team members to ideate and collaborate with on culture-related initiatives.
- Engagement Survey Cycle: Own the process to ensure employee feedback is heard, actioned on, and communicated back to the company.
- Partner with Internal Stakeholders: Develop change management communications with clarity and empathy, working closely with internal stakeholders, leaders, and C-suite members.
- Apply Change Management Methodology: Lead change management activities for People (HR) initiatives, supporting and engaging senior leaders with new changes.
- Align Communication Efforts: Work closely with HR, marketing, and other departments to ensure communication and engagement efforts are aligned.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Proven leadership in successful global People Engagement/Experience programs, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors.
- Experience in Building People Programs: Experience in building and maintaining people programs, with a focus on progress over perfection.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent narration and writing skills, with the ability to navigate cultural differences and build global but locally relevant solutions.
- Proficiency in Communication Tools: Proficiency in communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Deadline-Oriented: Deadline-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities.
