Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Head of People Services to lead and establish our People Services function in India. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and establishment of HR services setup in the region, ensuring adherence to global standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Service Delivery: Collaborate with process owners in our Centers of Excellence (CoE) or service teams to understand and share insights on the unique HR service needs of the region.
  • Implementation Excellence: Ensure seamless implementation of HR services setup in the region, driving adherence to global standards and best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Establish and lead our services team in the region, guiding them to execute all service processes with precision and excellence according to global standards.
  • Regional Process Ownership: Take ownership of designated service processes, participating in regular reviews and improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Foster integration and consistency in service processes across the region, facilitating regular exchanges with other Regional Heads of HR Services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and control processes through robust KPI tracking, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in HR Services delivery or related roles, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and excellence in a multinational environment.
  • University degree with business relevance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from Business Partners to C-level executives on local, regional, and global process matters.
